The brand-new and stylish units are great, each with their own private bathroom. the staff are affable and amicable. - the location is beautiful and conveniently close to local restaurants and Highwoods Golf Club.

The unit we got was nicely decorated with a private bathroom. the great selection of teas was a nice touch. Perfect residential location just off the roadworks, the sea front, and town centre. All the staff members were helpful.

Rooms were en suite and provided with coffee, large TV, for example. The service was impeccable, including a smooth check-in.

Very good welcome, nice room with bathroom just up the hall, really good breakfast, wish we had stayed longer.

The peaceful location of this place is a big plus 🌳. It's conveniently close to the Highwoods Golf Club, the town center, and even though there were roadworks nearby at 10pm, it wasn't too bothersome. the staff here are really friendly and went out of their way to meet all our needs.

The location turned out to be convenient and beautiful, really close to local restaurants, and the centre of Bexhill. We enjoyed the convenience of the triple room, as well as an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, and TV etc.

The location of the B&B is great, within walking distance to everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and huge, with homemade jams, a fresh homemade cake, and marmalade. - the staff and host were friendly and welcoming.
